  • PAYMENT

    How I can pay for the products in your catalog?
    We accept payments via the BuyMeACoffee page only (carefully read the payment guide at checkout). We know this is not the easiest way to pay for online goods, but this is all we currently have. Available payment methods: Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
  • Is it safe to pay via BuyMeACoffee (BMC)?
    Yes, it's safe. BuyMeACoffee (BMC) is a donation platform made for artists and content creators. Thousands of people use it to support their favorite artists. We also use it to receive donations and collect payments for orders.
    The payment gate is totally safe and provided by Stripe.

  • I confirmed an order but skipped the BMC page. Can I still pay for it or should I cancel the order?
    After clicking the 'GO TO PAYMENT PAGE' button you will also receive an automatic email with an invoice. It also contains the payment instructions, so no worries, you still can pay for your order, by following the instructions in this email.
    You don't have to cancel the order if you change your mind. We will do it ourselves in 24 hours if the order is unpaid.
  • DELIVERY

    Where are you shipping from?
    We are located in the Republic of Georgia. But we ship stuff from different warehouses in a few other countries because we work with different manufacturers. It doesn't affect delivery time at all.
  • How long does it take to receive the order?
    Delivery usually takes 15-30 business days in general. Some products like T-shirts and Desk mats are only available for pre-order. Please allow 4-7 days to produce the products and fulfill all orders. Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.
  • How does a pre-order work?
    Once a product you want to purchase is available you can make a pre-order. When sales days are coming to an end we start producing the goods. You will receive and email confirmation once your order is fulfilled and sent.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Due to the limited nature of our products, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. We would like to remind you that all sales are final. Please carefully review your order information prior to finalizing your purchase. Double-check your name, address, and contents within your order.
    Stickers, apparel, and home accessories are not refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request. Replacements will take 1-2 weeks for production and will be sent out accordingly.
